Wild Animal Kitchen’s table

Last week I tested the restaurant of Animal Kitchen, a hybrid label blending gastronomy and music (Animal Records). Since two years ago, the label takes part in concerts and festivals with their nomadic and fun table of tasty meals – with very good products, which is essential for any tablée. Animal Kitchen took possession of Point Ephémère now and they propose tapas, burgers, soups, salads and desserts. I chose the tapas, which include homemade guacamole, grilled octopus and avocado, red tuna sushimi, fresh goat cheese croquettes and beef wasabi balls – I loved that last one! Perfect for those who will enjoy a party in Point and want to snack between a drink and another. Check the menu right below:   Point Ephémère 200 Quai de Valmy 75010 Paris 01 40 34 04 06 Em Português, por favor! Restaurant Emiliano: Italy Revisited

When I was on holiday in Brazil a month ago, I got to know the restaurant of Hotel Emiliano, at Oscar Freire street, in « Sampa ». It has been a long time since I wanted to visit the place and test the kitchen’s new chef, Andrea Montella, in office since January. From Milan, he bets on Italian cuisine with contemporary revisited classics like Agnoloti Dal Plin with butter sauce and salvia and Spaghetti Carbonara with seafood. The hotel, for those who know, it’s modern, clean, and the restaurant, with a vegetal wall, has high ceilings and tables with intimate lighting for dinner, which already pleases right away. Good service, discreet, perhaps a little too present, what bothers in the end. To start, complimentary champagne glasses, I like it, very cool! With starters to track like confit onions, salted butter and burrata in olive oil with delicious breads. Suddenly arrives on my table a novelty from the chef, a Terrine of foie gras with mango sauce, very good, I liked the mix. I asked the delicious Fresh …

Dessange Paris: my experience with French Hair Straightening

Those who follow me on social networks already know (especially in my Snapchat @blogdacibele, I’ve showed all there!): almost two months ago, I’ve tested the french hair straightening from Dessange Paris. This treatment has nothing to do with the Japanese or Brazilian thing, it is a deep bath of keratin over the hair, leaving them extremely hydrated and smoothed for three months. And the best, with no ammonia! For those who have dyed hair (my case), this treatment may slightly change the hair color. In my case, I didn’t noticed anything, just a normal  and natural darkening of my color. I waited nearly two months to tell my experience to assess better the result … And I can say that I am extremely pleased: my hair are soft, silky, without frizz and electricity, a wonder! It is as if the hair were cloaked by keratin, which is determined by the flat iron at the end of treatment (so we can not wash or put the hair behind the ear for three days, for not to …
