My favourite men watch

On last June 30th, Omega – partner brand of the blog <3 – has launched an atrium in Printemps, « Omega loves Printemps », dedicated to its watches while celebrating its 27th participation as the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games, which will take place in Rio 5-21 August this year. The big launches of the night were the changes in Seamaster Planet Ocean collection: all of its watches are now certified with chronometer for diving. Moreover, they gained new dimensions, thinner backs, innovative bezels, unpublished designs and new materials such as 18 carat gold Sedna, Liquid Metal, rubber and ceramics. My favorite? The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Deep Black Rouge, it is a male model, but it may well be used by a woman, do not you think? Its case is made from a block of black ceramics and its markers and their backs tiles were polished to win a shiny appearance. The strap is made from rubber, lightweight and super thin. I, who do not dive – and I intend not to do it …

How well do you know Omega?

As many of you may already know, Omega is the official timekeeper of the Summer Olympic Games Rio 2016 (in fact, the brand has been doing this for exactly 84 years!). Thus, the brand times no less than 28 summer sports modalities and seven winter sports, not to mention the Paralympic Games and Youth Olympic Games. But, well why am I talking about this? Because Omega surprised me since I approached them due a partnership with the blog. And why? Because I used to have in mind a sport and men’s image brand and it is not so (or at least is not only that): they have an incredible jewelry line, female gorgeous and super feminine watches (also has for those who prefer something more sporty!), a wonderful social project called Orbis (in which they sponsor the project Orbis International and its Flying Eye hospital, who travels the world helping people with eye problems), and above all, a nice social work they are developing with associations in Rio because of the OG, the #OmegaViva Rio (which …

Coup de foudre: Le Bazar Exquis

The other day I went to visit Le Bazar Exquis store created by designer Victoria de Bouchony  in 9ème arrondissement of Paris. Starting with the lovely décor, full of vintage furniture including a former pharmacist dresser that I love – great lighting, everything is calculated and decorated with love by Victoria. She is graduated in Graphic Arts and created this adorable space to sell her creations – that go from jewelry, cashmere scarves, handbags made in France with Italian leather and even design shape lamps. What delight is it to have a coffee with Victoria and get to know her jewelry line, a real coup de foudre. Highlights in these beautiful rings that are used in mix and match and accumulation, aren’t they lovely? She also sells online here, it’s worth a look here.

I’m willing to talk about decoration today, you have already noticed, right? What about stationery, notebooks and diaries? I know everyone likes it <3 So, do you know Fine & Candy, this Portuguese family label from Porto? They design weekly diaries and notebooks which are just beautiful and classy.  Each schedule is created based on a delicate production process, with passionate and entirely handmade finishes. They have four collections, spring, summer, autumn and winter as well as limited editions and unique pieces presented throughout the year, like these notebooks from the photo above, a collaboration with the illustrator Hala Salem Achillas. A special attention is given to the quality of materials, design of products, finishes and choice of colors <3 What do you think about these two babies?

La Promeneuse, the new little beauty by Cire Trudon

Who does not like home scents? I’ve discovered a short time ago this novelty by Cire Trudon, one of my favorite candle, fragrances and déco brands. A french label dating from the seventeenth century, it has already been the official supplier of the Château de Versailles until the French revolution. The big new is La Promeneuse, a kind of modern lamp in which we burn a scented wax, but attention, all in style! It was designed by Pauline Deltour and hand-made in Italy. What do you think of this babe?

Up for a Christmas tea with Tiger?

I’ve already talked before about danish shop Tiger here (in Portuguese), which I love so much. They have all kind of daily stuff we love for home, kids, adults and eternal kids 🙂 This Christmas moodboard is just to show you a little my winter spirit in this Holidays season.  <3 Tiger are fortunatelly distributed in all Europe (in France they are present in 5 cities: Aix-en-Provence, Cagnes-sur-mer, Lille, Nice, Marseille), thank God 🙂 But when in Paris, pleeeease? To go along with it in this Holiday season, the Betjeman & Barton Christmas tea,  a creation of the historic French house. It consists of a tea from Ceylon and China, along with essential fruit oils with an unique blend of flavors: caramel, maraschino cherry, pineapple and a sweet orange tip. A tea to put under the tree!
