CONCOURS: Le sac seau We Are Not

A bucolic afternoon at 18ème in Paris

Summer took its time to arrive in Paris this year, and my desire was to be warmth in a beautiful Victorian decoration with velvet, satin, silk, marble and a beautiful scenery. L’Hôtel Particulier Montmartre, greenery nestled between the famous avenue Junot and rue Lepic is a family house where the atmosphere is imbued with lightness, a chic strand and romance. Surrounded by a garden in which vegetation abounds to resume almost its rights, it opens a bucolic interlude on the heights of Paris. Or the ideal place to appreciate the Pre Fall and Autumn Winter 2016-17 Fendi collections, full of rich fabrics and warm colors. A touch of luxury bedwear, a chic boudouir for Pre Fall collection, with olive velvet jumpsuits, slippers with platforms,  terracotta deliciously comfortable pants. Highlight to the burgundy oversized printed silk top adorned with delicate organza flowers and a lace, sublime. For Fendi Autumn Winter collection, mini printed organza dresses with ruffles around the neckline and cuffs in tulle with broderies is delicate and refined at the same time. To complement, a ruffle …

Styloïde: a genius ideia

A few weeks ago I went to visit Vanrycke Paris‘s showroom on Place Vendôme, created by Parisian jewelry designer Lise Ferreira (which has Portuguese ancestry, as you guys can see in her name!). A sympathetic and creative person with a nose for what is modern, comfortable and usable in terms of jewelry today. For her, the jewelry has to be light, almost imperceptible in the woman’s body. And yet elegant, fine, creative.  I like the concept and quality of Lise’s pieces, everything is extremely thin, with graceful undulations. One of my favorites is the Coachella (and I have it, yay!), these earrings that makes a crazy success here in Paris. From the red carpet we can see that her pieces have already been adopted by many celebs as Laetitia Casta, Bella Hadid, Marion Cotillard, Jessica Alba (who wears her Coachella all the time!), and outside red carpets, Garance Doré and at last but not the least Beyoncé! A real success! I went to her showroom to know this year’s big news: the Styloïde, a bracelet in …

#PFW: second and last chapter

Dear readers, I know I took so long to write this second post with my summary of the fashion week in Paris, and I apologize in advance! But it is never too late to talk about fashion and its good discoveries, shall we start?   March 5th – Saturday I started the day by going to one of the places I like most during #pfw: ShopsStyle Social House, the charming apartment dedicated to bloggers and journalists. It is nothing more than a place dedicated to meetings and lectures on fashion and business community, and above all, a beauty salon with manicures, hair stylists and even a driver to take you up and down during the fashion week marathon. In this edition, I took place at the streetstyle shooting of The Styleograph (you can see it here). The ShopsStyle team is formed by young and cool people based in London and is always very nice to meet the girls. I took the opportunity to try a head dressing by 365c and a manicure from Mavala.  Then …

ShopStyle Social House: a cool break in #PFW

A little and pleasant break in my busy Paris Fashion Week to stop by ShospStyle Social House, one of my favorite places during the fashion week. A space – a lovely apartment in the 13ème – in which journalists, bloggers and influencers can talk, have lunch by Foodora, do your nails by Mavala, hairdressing by 365C, and much more. Choose between take place in DIY ateliers, posing to a street style photographer with the possibilty of choosing samples from a big dressing, find cool people and attend lectures on fashion and entrepreneurship. Do you know anything cooler than this? And, the most cool, you are just driven by a driver by Chaffeur Privé! The ShopStyle is a search engine fashion, an affiliate program for bloggers and a fashion guide with tips and cool ideas, which, incidentally (or not so much incidentally), I use a lot. I super recommend! OOTD: Turtleneck and leather leggings: The Outnet / Bag: Maje / Boots: Bobbies

#PFW: first chapter

Paris Fashion week is finally over. After working as a correspondent for the blog and for the magazine Harper’s Bazaar Brazil, I’ve spent the weekend resting and organizing a little bit all things left behind during the marathon: press releases, business cards, interviews, lots of interesting things!   1rst March – Tuesday It was a nice fashion week: I met people, as usually, very cool people,  I’ve had new ideas for work, proposals, and finally this is what I like the most, diversity in fashion. This is what makes me feel like continuing working in this so competitive and saturate métier. I will start telling you my adventure by the first week: the first major party of the fashion marathon was Coach‘s the 1rst March, at the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild, a big one. Artists, actors, amazing décor, open bar, photographers and a mini concert by ….. Debbie Harry! It was the first time I saw her and just loved, she is really a diva. A monday in La Vallée Village

Who’ve already heard of La Vallée Village? At 35 minutes from Paris, it is a luxury shopping mall where we can buy collections up to two years before the current with rates that reach -30% (at this moment, in addition to the 30% held extra promotions of up to 60%! ). Brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Kenzo, Marni, Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Givenchy, besides lovely french ones as Kooples, Zadig & Voltaire and Sandro are a joy to a lot of people who come from far just to buy luxury pieces at almost -100%. Good idea, right? And good news: they are open everyday, from 10h to 19h. Pullover Banana Republic, leather pants Vince, boots Boobies, bag Dior. They have some cool extra services like « Free Hands » (where you pay to someone store your bags while you make your purchases quietly), voiturier service, a personal stylist and the famous détax. And there’s an art gallery, the Gallerie d’Art du Village, which held cool fashion exhibitions. At this moment they have one which is sponsored …

Anaki: Parisian basic chic shoes

Last week I went to visit the showroom of the Parisian brand Anaki and I’ve just fell in love with the style, simplicity and functionality of the lines of the label, located in a little street of the 11ème arrondissement of Paris. What is really interesting is the dialogue they have with what’s current and new, but in addition, with key models like Chica, beach-like shoes with shoelaces; Richard, lovely creepers in leather; Polux, charming bicolor suede boots; Baila, sexy pumps, and Yoda, long boots, as cuissardes. Designer Eva Goldberg (the brand was founded by three French designers) told me she lives in constant search of inspiration and what interests her are people who add, who tell a story and a good experience with the brand. The story here is the basic freshen with a touch of color and especially with the good use of materials (leather and calfskin, with the detail that shoes are made in Spain and Portugal). Prices are worth it: the amount you usually pay for a good pair of shoes that …
